The committee consists of four officers of the board of directors: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Executive Director is an ex-officio member.

The committee manages the application, interview, and selection processes. It finds the families that meet the criteria of a need for housing, an ability to pay for housing, and a willingness to partner.

The committee monitors the affiliate's finances and prepares monthly reports and an annual budget.

The committe plans, organizes, and manages our annual fund raising breakfast held during November.

The committee plans, organizes, and manages our annual Women Build in which teams of women construct a home in eight days.
