Volunteer Opportunities include:

Groups

ReStore is a great place for team building activities for your work place, faith community, or civic group, and can accommodate up to 15 people per group.

Donations Coordinator

If you enjoy working with people-this is your role! The Donations Coordinator accepts donations directly from donors and educates customers about what we accept to maintain a high number of quality goods.

Fix-it Repair Volunteer

A wobbly leg or scratch can mean the death of an otherwise great donation. With a little attention (repair, refinishing, etc.) these items can raise funds for Habitat and be rescued from cluttering our landfills.  We're looking for someone to help provide some TLC to our furniture and other items that need touch-ups.

Retail Staff Assistant

Armed with a pricing guide and tags, you'll work on a team that prices, and sends the donations out to the sales floor. You’ll be the first to see the incredible items people donate to help support affordable housing.

Customer Service Pro

We’re looking for volunteers who like to interact with people throughout the day and feel comfortable running a cash register. You’ll spend time with ReStore’s amazing volunteers while meeting people from the community, all of whom are supporting Habitat!

If you are interested in volunteering, contact Bruce Murray, or call 812-331-2660 to attend a volunteer orientation.
